You must be completely delighted with your purchase of Windsor Vineyards wine. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply call us to arrange for a pick up and you will be supplied with a replacement, a credit, or a refund. Please make sure you save the contents and bottles for pick up. This request is a legal requirement and we do appreciate your cooperation. In case of depletion of a particular vintage, your wine will be replaced with the next vintage or a wine of equal or greater value.
